AUMC has participated in Project Peace's organized Service Days by our Youth collecting donations for baby items for Crossroads High School in Concord.

AUMC members volunteer at Sylvia Mendez Elementary School in Berkeley.  AUMC is a member of Project Peace East Bay in Berkeley.

AUMC Outreach ministry extends to the Annual Berkeley CROP Hunger Walk where our church members either walk or donate.  Through this organizations on this page are benefited.

Youth Spirit Art Works is a program for youth age 16 to 25 empowering homeless and low income youth through teaching vocational skills related to commercial arts. They are located at 1740 Alcatraz near Adeline in Berkeley

Dorothy Day House provides a community breakfast and lunch to anyone in need. They have now expanded services in connection with Berkeley Emergency Storm Shelter (BESS) to provide services to the unhoused, including Shelter. They are located at 1931 Center St., Berkeley, CA 94704 Berkeley Food Pantry: www.berkeleyfoodpantry.org They provide emergency food (groceries) to families. They are located at Friends Church, 1600 Sacramento St. at Cedar St
